When the Defendants in a medical malpractice case in a conservative Texas county offered only $500,000, Jack took the case to trial and won a jury verdict of $4.2 million.
In a contract and fraudulent inducement case, Walter turned down a pretrial settlement offer of $200,000 and went to trial, where the jury awarded $11 million, including $5,000,000 in punitive damages.

The Texas Senate unanimously approved Senate Bill 932, the bill that would crack down on bad nursing homes, and now the House is deliberating on whether these bad nursing homes should be held accountable for their wrongdoings.
