While I have only been a practicing attorney for a short time, I know that the experience I have trying cases is far beyond my colleagues at larger firms. There is great benefit in working in a smaller firm, as it offers more personal attention to clients and allows a young lawyer such as myself to acquire skills that would otherwise take years to develop.
